1552. Other Elements -- 18 U.S.C. 1752

Aside from questions of scienter, 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) is essentially a "no trespassing" or "unlawful entry" provision, concerned with the right to enter and remain in certain areas. It thus may create concurrent jurisdiction in conjunction with many state and local trespass, unlawful entry, and disorderly conduct statutes.
