Joint DOJ-CFPB Letter to Landlords and Mortgage Lenders about Servicemember Rights

This document (isused jointly with CFPB) consists of two different letters.  One letter was sent to landlords and other housing providers regarding housing protections for military tenants under the SCRA. A second letter was sent to mortgage servicers regarding protections military borrowers under the SCRA, and under the CARES Act for those who have already exited or will be exiting COVID-19 mortgage forbearance programs.
