Reporting Theft, Loss, or Missing Sealed Inner Liners from a Law Enforcement Agency

This guidance document explains that a Federal, State, tribal, or local law enforcement agency has autonomy regarding the collection and disposal of controlled substances, and would not file a Report of Theft or Loss of Controlled Substances (DEA Form 106) with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) if a sealed inner liner is stolen, lost, or missing from the law enforcement agency.

Chemical Broker Dear Registrant Letter

DEA is writing a letter to registrants informing them of the restriction on Chemical Importer registrations.  DEA is advising registrants that they are prohibited from ordering chemicals from manufacturers and delivering them directly to their customers.  The delivery of the chemicals must be at the registered location of the registrant. Violation of this rule is subject to denial, or revocation of the registration.
