This document is designed to help citizens to understand how the state-by-state rules about voting after a criminal conviction could apply to them.

A guidance document that provides a broad overview of how employers’ use of artificial intelligence, algorithms, and other technologies in hiring and employment may result in unlawful discrimination against people with disabilities under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

This guidance document addresses how the Americans with Disabilities Act protects people with opioid use disorder (OUD) who are in treatment or recovery, including those who take medication to treat their OUD.

The is a letter to all state attorneys general reminding them of legal provisions that protect transgender youth against discrimination, including when those youth seek gender-affirming care. The letter advises states that laws and policies that prevent individuals from receiving gender-affirming medical care may infringe on federal constitutional protections under the Equal Protection Clause and Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

This guidance describes how state and local governments and businesses open to the public can make sure that their websites are accessible to people with disabilities as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

This manual was prepared by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Diversion Control Division, to assist those persons who handle scheduled listed chemical products and List I and II chemicals in understanding the Federal Controlled Substances Act and its implementing regulations as they pertain to regulated chemicals.
