  • Other U.S. Code sections relevant to immigration law may be found in various other areas of the code, such as in Title 18 (Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Chapter 69 Nationality & Citizenship; Chapter 75 Passports & Visas), Title 6 (Domestic Security), Title 22 (Foreign Relations), and Title 29 (Labor).
  • Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
  • Other CFR sections relevant to immigration may also be found in various other areas including, but not limited to, Title 6 (Domestic Security), Title 7 (Agriculture), Title 20 (Employee Benefits), Title 22 (Foreign Relations), and Title 28 (Judicial Administration).
