Given EOIR’s strong reliance on language access services, including in-person interpretation, telephonic interpretation, and translation, EOIR will continue to monitor language access contracts and work closely with DOJ’s Justice Management Division to ensure that these contracts continue uninterrupted and continue to serve EOIR’s needs.
