115. Property Management Responsibilities

Accountable Officer: U.S. Attorneys, as Accountable Officers, are responsible for the accountability of personal property, supervision of property record keeping and the certification of corrections of the annual inventory report submissions for all offices under their supervision.

Property Custodian: The Administrative Officer and VCTF Property Officer, as Property Custodians, are responsible for the immediate physical custody of all property under their control, and for providing the Accountable Officer documentation on all actions affecting the property.
