Victims families

I am writing in regard to the unfair distribution of the monies to the victims of Sept. 11ths families. My Uncle                        died in the World trade center attacks. He took care of, and supported my Grandmother. I think that not only is it unfair that you will deduct any insurance money and other donations...but you won't tell us the amount we will receive. How can we decide to accept a sum of money , when we don't know what the sum is. That is like agreeing to buy a car without knowing the price first. I just think that the families should be told how much they will receive if they don't sue...and should also get all of that money, with no deductions. It is hard to put a price on someone's life. No one , and no amount of money can take away the pain that our family is feeling. But don't you think my Grandmother at least deserves to have a quality life. If you deduct money from the amount she should receive you will seriously infringe on her quality of life. Don't you think our family has suffered enough already? Please take this into consideration and change the plans that are in existence.

                      Sincerely,

                      Individual Comment
