Divisions

Civil Division

The Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Oklahoma represents the United States , federal officials/employees, and federal agencies in civil actions at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts.

Criminal Division

The Criminal Division is responsible for prosecuting violations of federal criminal laws. The Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) work closely with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
