Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council
The ATACs are composed of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement, first responders, public health and safety officials, and, where appropriate, private industry partners, all of whom are dedicated to the goal of working together to detect, deter and prevent terrorism and promote national security.

Elder Justice Program
The Elder Justice Program stems from the DOJ Elder Justice Initiative (EJI) to prevent and combat financial fraud and scams that target seniors, elder abuse, and neglect.  The mission of the EJI is to strengthen awareness about elder abuse and financial exploitation through education, build law enforcement capacity to respond to elder justice issues, and facilitate prosecution efforts to make our community safer for all.

Environmental Justice and Enforcement
The Environmental Justice Team focuses on protecting the rights of disparately burdened residents and is currently working ot ensure that residents have access to clean air, a clean ocean, and to protect groundwater, surface waters, and wetlands.

Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee
The Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee sponsors and co-sponsors training seminars for federal, state and local law enforcement agencies addressing a variety of subjects.

Prescription drug abuse is America's fastest growing drug problem, especially among our youth. The consequences can be deadly.

Project Safe Childhood
Launched in May 2006, PSC is a nationwide initiative designed to protect children from online sexual exploitation and abuse.  Led by U.S. Attorney’s Offices, the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section of the Department’s Criminal Division, and Internet Crimes Against Children task forces, PSC marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as identify and rescue victims.  PSC’s goal is to educate parents about the potential dangers that their children face online, and warns potential online predators that exploiting a child online is a serious federal offense.

Project Safe Neighborhoods
Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) is a nationwide commitment to reduce gun crime in America by networking existing local programs that target gun crime and providing those programs with additional tools necessary to be successful.

Victim-Witness Assistance Program
The goal of the victim witness assistance program in the United States Attorney's Office is to ensure that victims of federal crime are treated with fairness and respect, and receive the services to which they are entitled. A variety of notification and assistance services are available.
