Criminal Discovery

The United States Attorney’s Office uses encryption for discovery and other materials distributed outside of the office on removable media.  The office has prepared the following user guides to assist recipients of material encrypted through different means.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office also sometimes uses a secure, cloud-based file-sharing platform called USAfx.  If you have received an email indicating that someone from the U.S. Attorney’s Office is sharing files through USAfx, you should also receive user guides for that platform.  If you have not received those guides, please contact the person at the U.S. Attorney’s Office who is using USAfx to share files with you.

Ipro Eclipse

The United States Attorney’s Office also uses Ipro Eclipse to provide discovery materials in a format that provides capabilities for searching and organization.
