Careers & Internships

The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado employs over 160 individuals, including Assistant United States Attorneys and a variety of professional staff members.

The office is committed to equal employment opportunity. Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, membership or non-membership in an employee organization, or on the basis of personal favoritism. The office welcomes applications from people with disabilities and will reasonably accommodate their needs.

Because of the sensitive nature of many matters handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office, all employment offers are contingent upon the completion and satisfactory adjudication of a background investigation by the Department of Justice.  Selected applicants may be subject to drug testing prior to appointment.
