FARA eFile
In order to comply with the President’s Executive Order 14028 on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity, DOJ has upgraded authentication requirements to Secure+2 for all new and existing FARA eFile users.
In the Upcoming weeks, users are required to enroll and register multi-factor authentication (MFA) credentials with Login DOJ website for a more secure validation process.
All registration statements must be submitted online using the FARA eFile system. This upgraded filing system allows registrants to submit data through a self-guided, web-based questionnaire, rather than uploading PDFs.
To learn more about the eFile registration system, review the Instructions for New Registrants.
FARA eFile is the method for electronically filing documents with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended.
New Registrants can request an account ID and password required to access the eFile system. Login credentials will be sent to the email address provided.
