2021. MSHA -- Equipment Falsely Represented As Complying With Requirements

Title 30 U.S.C. § 820(h) provides criminal penalties for any person who knowingly distributes, sells, offers for sale, introduces, or delivers in commerce any equipment for use in a coal or other mine which is represented as complying with the Act or any applicable specification or regulation but which does not so comply.
