relief benefits for domestic partners
Dear sir,
If a domestic partnership is apparent, and one was lost in the Sept. 11th
attack on the US, the partner should be entitled to the same relief benefits
as a "married" couple.
I believe, as in many other countries, domestic partnerships should be
"registered" and accepted for medical reasons, tax benefits and other legal
and immigration issues as are heterosexual marriages.
The love, commitment and longevity of two individuals should be the criteria
for anyone to judge the validity of that relationship.
Please do not discriminate against those that lost the love of their life.
Sincerely,
