9-11 Family Inclusiveness
To Whom It May Concern--
Please ensure that the guidelines for victim compensation include those who
may not have been U.S. citizens or even legal registered workers in the
restaurants and other businesses in and around the World Trade Center. In
addition, I am especially concerned about the gay, lesbian, and
transgendered victims whose families are often not legally recognized,
since they are unable to marry. All dependents and all families need to be
included or this disaster will only produce more victims and resentments
through unfair exclusions. Thanks.
