Administrative Division

The Administrative Division provides policy and procedural direction and central services support in all areas of management and administration, including Human Resource Management, Budget and Finance, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Records Management, Purchasing and Property Management.

These programs are managed by the Administrative Division staff to ensure continued resource availability to support the legal activities of the United States Attorney and the United States Department of Justice. In addition, the division follows internal control practices that ensure proper use and reporting of taxpayer funded assets. At the direction of the United States Attorney, the Administrative Division manages the operating budget plan and equipment and facilities.

Employment opportunities include varied legal and administrative jobs. In the Criminal and Civil Divisions, these positions are made up of Assistant United States Attorneys, Paralegal Specialists, and Legal Assistants. In direct support of the United States Attorney and the Legal Division staff are positions such as Administrative Officer, Administrative Support Services Specialist, Budget Analyst, Information Technology Specialists focusing on litigation support and computer network management.
