Your emails, letters, and phone calls could be our first alert to a possible violation of antitrust laws and may provide the initial evidence needed to begin an investigation.

Confidentiality
The Antitrust Division takes confidentiality seriously and will only disclose the identity or information of a whistleblower, complainant, or witness for law enforcement purposes.
Federal law protects employees who report criminal antitrust violations from retaliation by their employers.

To report general antitrust violations, such as price fixing, bid rigging, and market allocation, contact the Complaint Center.

To report potentially unfair and anticompetitive health care practices to the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division and FTC, see HealthyCompetition.gov.
To report information regarding compliance with or potential violations of civil judgments contact the Office of the Chief Legal Advisor by sending an email to ATRJudgmentCompliance@usdoj.gov.
To report antitrust crimes and related schemes in government procurement, grant, and program funding, contact the PCSF Tip Center.
To report information about anticompetitive regulations, contact the Anticompetitive Regulations Task Force. You may also email AnticompetitiveRegulations@usdoj.gov.
To submit a livestock or poultry competition complaint with the USDA and DOJ Agricultural Markets Enforcement Partnership, use the USDA-DOJ Complaint Portal.

Concert Industry: If you have information about potential violations of the Final Judgment in United States v. Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. and Live Nation, Inc., or other anticompetitive conduct in the concert industry, please email concert.industry@usdoj.gov.
Corporations and individuals who report their cartel activity and cooperate in the Division’s investigation of the cartel reported can avoid criminal conviction, fines, and prison sentences if they meet the requirements of the program. See Leniency Policy for more information.
