Legal Assistance for Seniors, SC Lieutenant Governor’s Office on Aging. Per its website, Under Title III-B of the Older Americans Act mandates, the Lieutenant Governor’s Office on Aging funds the provision of legal assistance through the various Area Agencies on Aging throughout the state.
