Executive Assistant United States Attorney Dulce Donovan

Ms. Donovan has served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Rhode Island since 2001 and was appointed as the Executive Assistant United States Attorney in 2026. She brings more than two decades of experience prosecuting complex criminal matters, including fraud and other white-collar offenses. Ms. Donovan currently serves in the Criminal Division and has led significant investigations and prosecutions involving financial crimes, health care fraud, and public corruption. From 2023 to 2025, she served as Assistant General Counsel in the Executive Office for United States Attorneys in Washington, D.C., advising United States Attorneys offices nationwide on employment, ethics, and compliance matters.
