United States v. Jesse David Bennett

Jesse Bennett has been charged by Indictment with multiple counts of Threats Against the President and Successors, Threatening Communications, and Threats Regarding Arsons and Bombings. From about June 2022 – February 2023 Bennett sent a number of threatening communications to individuals and businesses. He did this via email and web form. He sent many of these in the names of other real people without their permission. The threats he made were about specific individuals, neighborhoods, minority groups, schools and businesses.
