Divisions

The Civil Division

Assistant U.S. Attorneys in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office represent the interests of the federal government in all civil litigation involving the United States, its departments and agencies and federal employees in the Northern District of Oklahoma. Civil cases cover a broad and diverse subject matter.

The Criminal Division

The Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office is the largest of the Office's divisions. Assistant U.S. Attorneys in the Criminal Division prosecute cases arising from a vast array of federal criminal offenses.

The Administrative Division

The Administrative Division provides office administrative services, including administrative management services, to the United States Attorney and district personnel.
