AUSAs participate in #MyLifeMatters Teen Summit

Assistant United States Attorneys Yohance Pettis and Shauna Hale participated in #MyLifeMatters, a teen summit hosted by the Boys and Girls Club of Belmont Heights. The AUSAs were among a group of attorneys, educators, mental health specialists, and law enforcement officers who joined the interactive discussion with 75 teen club members. Discussion topics included interactions with law enforcement and the relationship between the community and law enforcement. The focus of the event was to candidly talk with the youth about issues that are being played out on the news every night.
