U.S. v. Valley Processing Inc.

Defendant, a juice manufacturing company, sold adulterated and tainted juice products into school lunch programs and to other consumers nationwide.  Defendant company and individual owner were indicted on multiple counts of fraud and violations of the Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act.
