United States v. Jasmine Holloway, Case No. 22-CR-86-MN

Between August 3, 2021 and January 9, 2022, the defendant, Jasmine Holloway, worked at a post office in Marshallton, Delaware.  She repeatedly entered the post office after hours and stole the contents of packages addressed to Meest America, a company which specializes in shipping items overseas.  The items the defendant stole, which were mainly electronic devices like cellular telephones, belonged to approximately 80 victims.

 

Holloway has not been detained and sentencing is set for May 15, 2023 in front of Judge Noreika.

 

Anyone that has incurred a loss as a result of this case and wishes to provide victim impact and financial loss figures, please fill out the Declaration of Loss and Victim Impact Statement that is located in the ATTACHMENTS below and return them as outlined on those documents.
