Conviction Integrity Committee

In 2023, United States Attorney Martin Estrada established the Conviction Integrity Committee to review and consider claims of factual innocence brought by defendants who were convicted in the Central District of California.  The Committee is chaired by the Chief of Ethics and Post-Conviction Review, and its members include the United States Attorney, the First Assistant United States Attorney, and the Executive Assistant United States Attorney.

If you believe you are innocent of a crime for which you have been convicted in the Central District of California and would like the Conviction Integrity Committee to review your innocence claim, please complete and submit this application.
