On October 21, 2022 Jared Post and Levi Skulstand was charged by indictment by the United States Attorney's Office, District of Alaska. Count 1is Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud and Wire Fraud; Counts 2-12 are Bank Fraud; Counts 13-23 are Wire Fraud; Counts 24-28 are Aggravated Identify Theft; Count 29 is Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering; Counts 30-31 are Money Laundering; Count 32 is a Criminal Forfeiture Allegation.
