Case Information

On July 13, 2022 Zobaidul Amin was charged by indictment by the United States Attorney's Office, District of Alaska.  The 13 count indictment includes:  Conspiracy to Produce Child Pornography;  Conspiracy to Receive and Distribute Child Pornography; Child Exploitation Enterprise; Production of Child Pornography;  Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography; Cyberstalking; Aggravated Identify Theft; and Wire Fraud.  Full Details can be read in the indictment below. 

The indictment was initially sealed pending continued investigation and victim identification/notification.  Amin was arrested on September 19, 2022 by Unit D11 of the Royal Malaysian Police in Seremban, Malaysia.
