2416. Form Indictment -- Embezzlement And Theft Of Labor Union Assets In The Private Sector -- (29 U.S.C. 501(c))

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:

  1. That on or about (date) in the __________ District of __________ the defendant _______________, while [an officer, that is, (title of officer) of] [a person employed, directly and indirectly, by] (name of union) , a labor organization engaged in an industry affecting commerce,* did embezzle, steal and unlawfully and willfully abstract and convert to his/her own use [and the use of another] the moneys, funds, securities, property, and other assets of said labor organization in the approximate amount of $__________.

All in violation of Title 29, United States Code, Section 501(c).
