• Litigation Considerations, Mootness and Other Grounds for Dismissal:  “To the extent that this is in fact just a FOIA case, the Court agrees that summary judgment is appropriate.”  “‘Pursuant to this request,’ NARA sent [plaintiff] his OPF.”  “[Plaintiff] does not contest that he received his OPF.”  “[Plaintiff] also does not argue that the OPF was inappropriately redacted . . . and the Court cannot discern any conceivable error in that regard.”
