Disposition: Denying plaintiff's "Emergency Motion" and motion for reconsideration

  • Litigation Considerations:  The court holds that "plaintiff's disagreement with President Obama's presidential decision-making does not provide support for her allegation that the SSA's response to her FOIA request was inadequate."  The court relates that plaintiff "has not identified any intervening change in controlling law or newly discovered evidence."  The court also finds that "[p]laintiff's 'Emergency Motion' . . . has literally no relation to plaintiff's case in this Court."
