Disposition:  Adopting magistrate judge's report and recommendation; granting defendant's motion to dismiss

• Litigation Considerations, Jurisdiction:  "[The] Court finds that the Magistrate Judge's recommendation fairly and accurately summarizes the facts and applies the correct principles of law."  The court explains that "Plaintiff did not file any objections to the Report within the time limits prescribed."  "In the absence of specific objections to the Report of the Magistrate Judge, [the] Court is not required to give any explanation for adopting the recommendation."  The court relates that the Magistrate Judge recommended that the "Court should grant Defendant's Motion to Dismiss because (1) Plaintiff failed to exhaust her administrative remedies under FOIA, so [the] Court lacks jurisdiction over the claims[.]"
