Re:  Requests seeking any memoranda prepared by former FBI Director Comey about his conversations with President Trump

Disposition:  Remanding case to district court for further proceedings

  • Exemption 7(A): The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia remands the case back to the district court "to determine whether there exist any additional memoranda that have not been publicly disclosed" and to determine the continued applicability of Exemption 7(A) "in light of subsequent statements by government officials that release of the memoranda would no longer adversely impact any ongoing investigation."
