Jack Lipshultz

Jack Lipshultz is a 1987 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and has over thirty years of experience as a trial attorney and supervisor with the Environmental Defense Section. Jack became EDS’s Deputy Chief in 2019 and has been the Section’s Acting Chief since May 2024. He also holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.
