Fair Fight v. True the Vote

Overview

On December 19, 2022, in Fair Fight v. True the Vote (N.D. Ga.), the Department intervened under 28 U.S.C. 2403 and filed a brief on January 17, 2023, to defend the constitutionality of Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act.  The Department filed an amended brief on January 25, 2023.
