Topics included achieving international accreditation, Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies, establishment of the DFS Project Management Office, change management culture, the ICITAP Leadership Academy, and the ICITAP partnership with the Iberoamerican Academy of Criminalistics and Forensic Studies (AICEF). Attendees represented seven countries, including Australia, South Africa, Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine, Jamaica, and the US, including Puerto Rico.
