UPDATE – July 5, 2019:  On April 4, 2019, the court ruled to acquit Jitesh Thakkar, of one count of conspiracy to commit spoofing.

Additionally, on April 23, 2019, a motion was filed and executed to dismiss the indictment in its entirety.

A trial date has been set for defendant Thakkar for April 1, 2019, at 9:30 AM.
