Update March 29, 2017 – On March 28, 2017, DB Group Services was sentenced on its April 23, 2015, guilty plea to one count of wire fraud for its role in manipulating the LIBOR benchmark interest rates. DB Group Services signed a plea agreement with the government in which it admitted its criminal conduct and agreed to pay a $150 million fine; the court accepted the plea agreement in imposing the sentence.
