Your Performance
Your supervisor should meet with you to develop a performance work plan setting forth expectations for your position within 30 days from your start date. Your supervisor should provide regular feedback on your performance, to include having a mid-year review discussion with you. At the end of your rating cycle, your supervisor should provide you with a written appraisal of your performance, which may serve as the basis for an award recommendation.
