Dear Mr. Stallings,

I am writing this to let you know how disturbed I am with the GEC & SGI settlement involving land around (East of) Paonia, Colorado.

I hadn’t known that not only is this “settlement” a pittance but that the Gas Companies still owned the leases in question. Kind of like letting robbers keep the jewelry.

I would like to see at the least a “new” supervised lease sale and preferably without the participation of these offending companies.
