IT IS ORDERED that Lighthouse Diving Center, Inc. appear before the undersigned Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, Room ________, Seattle, Washington on the _______ day of _____________, 1995, at ________ a.m./p.m. to show cause why it should not be compelled to comply with the Civil Investigative Demand served upon them.
