The Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this action and of the parties consenting hereto. The Complaint states a claim upon which relief may be granted against the Defendant under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 ("HSR Act"), which is Section 7A of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § l8a; 2. Defendant Farley is herebyordered to pay m the UnitedStates a civil penalty in the amount of four hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars ($425,000); pursuant to Section 7A(g}(l) of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18a(g)(l), due and payable within 30 days from the date of entry of this Final Judgment, by cashier's check 111ade payable to the Treasurer of the United States and delivered to Chief, FOIA Unit, AntitrustDivision, Department of Justice, Room 3332, 10th & Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C., 20530; 3. In the event of a default in payment, interest at the rate of eighteen (18) percent perannum shall accrue thereon from the date of default to the date of payment; 4, Each party shall bear its own costs of this action; S.
