Comments of the interim rules

The DOJ and the Special Master fashioned the yearly income to be the average salary of 1998,99,2000 this is contrary to the spirit of the law.

This procedure is grossly unfair (and should be repealed) to young people who are at the early stages of their careers in business.

For these young people, the salary can double from year to year as their labor skills and working knowledge are mastered.

The fair and just process would be to calculate the economic loss on the victim's actual pre-tax earnings salary of Sept. 10,2001 INSTEAD OF the three-year period 1998-2000 consideration.

It would be a crime to maintain the three-year consideration, because you victimize once again those dead people who through education, extra work effort,. or both, strived to improve their economic remuneration.
