I implore you to include all Americans in
compensating partners and
loved ones of the Americans tragically lost on
September 11. Please
do not devalue the lives of gays and lesbians, and do
not exclude
gay and lesbian partners from the benefits thus
making them the next
victims of the September 11th tragedy.
