Dear Mr. Zwick;

I am writing on behalf of the loss of my husband,             .

            went into the Tower One, never to return. His remains have not been found as of yet. I don't think they will ever be found.

I've filed all the necessary paperwork; NYS Crime Victims Board, Safe Horizon, American Red Cross Disaster Relief, Social Security death benefit payment, Human Resources one time assistance payment, Salvation Army one time assistance payment, etc.

I will mail in all copies of the necessary paper work to your office this evening. I haven't been handling this tragic event too well and I'm on antidepressants and anti-anziety medicine. I've missed days of work due to post traumatic stress I'm currently suffering from.

I've also had an emotional breakdown due to this event and I've lost 10 pounds. This has also affected my blood count causing me to be treated for severe anemia. Stress does cause numerous health consequences.

I would like to be compensated for loss of wages, medical expenses not covered under my health insurance, prescription expenses, travel expenses to and from work and doctors appointments, etc.

In the grander scheme of things, monetary increments will never replace the loss of my husband. I've been emotionally devestated behind this event.

If you or anyone from your bureau need further information in regards to my claim I can be reached at             . My home mailing address is             ;

Thank you,
