Benefits for Unmarried partners
Dear Attorney General Ashcroft,
The deaths on September 11th were the result of an attack on America. The Family is the cornerstone of our society and the composition of the American Family is as diverse at this great country. Please do not discriminate against the unmarried partners of September 11th victims. All unmarried partners, gay or straight, young and old and their dependents should be eligible for relief.
If we fail to support our families -- All Families -- the institution as a whole will be weakened. Ultimately, we all will suffer.
