September 11th Victim Compensation Fund
Dear Attorney General Ashcroft,
The deaths on September 11th were the result of an attack on America based on indiscriminate hate.
Please do not discriminate against the unmarried partners of September 11th victims. All unmarried partners, gay or straight, young and old and their dependents should be eligible for compensation. As Americans, we should set an example of non-discrimination - do not show our own biases and hate by excluding some partners as not good enough to be counted.
