Victim Compensation Fund
To the Department of Justice:
In response to your request concerning the Victim Compensation Fund I urge you to consider all unborn victims along with others in your compensation. These lives are of no less value than other lives. September 11 has produced great tragedy for our nation. It is important to move forward in healing; healing can never be complete absent from consideration of all life, including the unborn.
