age cap on WTC victums
I've read about the earnings estimate being caped at an age, 58
years old, that is way bellow when most Americans retire (one
cannot collect social security at that age for example). I think that
this element of the compensation for the victums of the September
11th bombing to be unconcionable greed in the face of a disaster
that can hardly be compensated adaquately by any money, much
less by a standard that is obviously a cynical ploy to compensate
the World Trade Center victums at the very minimum or bellow the
minimum of what they should deserve. My sister is a journalist,
and I am sending her information about this, as well as to my
senators and congressmen once I obtain their email addresses.
