Parents
I lost my son in the World Trade Center attacks. I will live with this
horror for the rest of my life. He was my first born and only son. He
was 39 years.
While I truly believe that most of the compensation should go to his
wife and children, as the law stands now I have no rights as a parent to
receive compensation for pain and suffering. The pain is devastating.
A parent's pain and suffering should be part of the fund's regulation
also.
Thank you,
